The class backbone

Every Culturesmith class shares a shape: it opens with a check-in and a bow-in, settles into stretching and warm-up, then the teaching, and closes with a bow-out. That part is the same for everyone, so it is written once here instead of re-summarized on every class page — and each class page leads with what that class adds.

The counts show how often the library has recognized each part so far (from named segments and approved ritual chapters). Recognition grows as segments get reviewed — a class can contain a part the library hasn't labeled yet. Each quote is Brandon's own words, linked to the exact second.
